Life coaching is a professional relationship where a coach helps a person (the client) clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to move forward in their personal or professional life.
Coaching won’t give advice or tell you what to do. They will guide and support you to help discover your own best solutions.
Coaching differs from therapy. Therapy looks at the past, healing past trauma, and focuses on mental health issues. Coaching looks at the present and future to help get to the next chapter.


Mediation
Mediation is a process where a neutral third party (the mediator) helps two or more people in conflict reach a mutually acceptable agreement.
The mediator does not take sides, make decisions, or provide any legal advice or representation. They facilitate communication, help clarify misunderstandings, and guide people toward common ground.
Mediation can be used in workplace disputes, family disagreements, divorce, parenting plans, business or contract disputes, or other community conflicts.
